Confectioner
The confectioners of the Manufacture make their own recipes for original creations. Naturally labelled Noble Ingredients, their caramel, praline, marzipan, nougats and nougatines and their liqueurs are of unrivalled quality.
Praline, for example, is one of his flagship creations, a reflection of his talents. Double-ground by a granite millstone, the clash of materials gives birth to a well-bonded, uniform praline: the time spent working on an ingredient is never taken into account, the Manufacture CLUIZEL only works meticulously and qualitatively. For the same reasons, pralines and caramels are cooked in copper cauldrons that promise uniform and optimal cooking.
The Manufacture applies these working practices to each of its creations.
