Manufacture CLUIZEL has chosen authentic and organic raw materials, all from the most beautiful regions: butter from Isigny, honey from the forests of Lorraine, Bourbon vanilla in pods from the island of Madagascar, coffee from Mexico (an organic “Chiapas” grand cru), hazelnuts from Italy, and Valencia almonds from Spain.
Finally, of course, cocoa beans (which are the heart of the House’s know-how) are sourced as close as possible to nature and purity: Los Ancones Plantation, on the island of Santo Domingo, Guayas organic “Grand Cru” from Ecuador and San Martín organic “Grand Cru” from Peru.
