Chocolate Maker
At Manufacture CLUIZEL, we are above all Chocolate Makers: each confectionery created is coated with exceptional chocolate, which is called couverture chocolate. Its all-chocolate products (such as its Plantation chocolate bars) are world-renowned.
The chocolatier sometimes does more than embellish : like the confectioner, he imagines and composes.
Like artists, they sculpt, mould and draw. His talents are showcased on many occasions. Every year, the Manufacture CLUIZEL is delighted to present its chocolate sculptures at Christmas and Easter.
