What are the ingredients in the Éclat d'Orient bar?

Kadaïf is an oriental pastry made from thin strands of dough, often filled with dried fruit such as almonds, walnuts or pistachios. After baking, it is drizzled with a syrup flavoured with orange blossom water, honey or cinnamon, giving it a crunchy, soft texture.
