Join La Manufacture CLUIZEL, a family-owned company specialising

in the production of luxury chocolates and traditional confectionery.

La Manufacture Cluizel is seeking an Operational and Digital Marketing Manager (M/W)  based in Paris (1st arrondissement).

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Operational and Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for managing all marketing materials made available to the sales teams in France and overseas. Working closely with the B2B Product Managers for “Laboratory Products” and “Anonymous Products” and the B2C Product Manager, they propose and design all tools intended to promote products and support sales efforts, within the deadlines imposed by listing requirements in France and for international markets. 

Your responsibilities: 

OPERATIONAL MARKETING

Publishing
•    Create B2C and B2B promotional materials (excluding permanent and seasonal catalogs and product brochures): corporate brochures, posters.
•    Update the CLUIZEL corporate brochure (company presentation).

Retailer Window Display Campaigns in France
•    Design, organize, and plan major window display campaigns for French retailers during Christmas and Easter. 
•    Monitor and analyze the impact of these campaigns, in collaboration with the Marketing Director and the French Sales Department. 

Specific Support for the Export Market
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Export market on all Operational Marketing matters. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
•    Implement B2C sales promotions and initiatives in the region: incentives, GWPs, sales promotion mechanisms, and marketing initiatives, etc. 
•    Support the organization of international export training and coordinate the production of the training manual in collaboration with the Export Sales Representatives and the in-house studio.
•    Support the organization of B2C and B2B export events.

Events / Training
•    Organize training sessions for the French market, working directly with L’Atelier du Chocolat and the chefs on logistics, and with the in-house design studio on training booklets. 
•    Design and execute promotions, trade shows, and pop-up events for department stores.

Recipes
•    Developing the annual recipe plan for “Secrets de Pro”: defining the recipes to be created, drafting recipe briefs and set design recommendations, and overseeing the photo shoot with the photographer and the CLUIZEL chef. Publishing on cluizel.com.

DIGITAL B2B

B2B Website
•    Oversee the development of the new B2B website.
•    Manage the B2B website.
•    Monitor the website’s performance. 

B2B Social Media
•    In collaboration with the B2B Product Manager, develop the editorial calendar for the @cluizelpro Instagram account.
•    Coordinate content production with the external copywriter.
•    Schedule and publish all content.
•    Manage the community.
•    In collaboration with the Marketing Director and the B2B Product Manager, organize the production of assets with external photographers. 

B2C CRM

• In collaboration with the external consultant and company-owned stores, develop and propose online and offline relationship marketing strategies aimed at building customer loyalty, increasing the average order value, and boosting visit frequency.

• Design and coordinate marketing campaigns (online/offline) in alignment with sales and product activities.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and recommend necessary adjustments.

• Define processes for enriching the in-store customer database and recommend actions to optimize data collection and engage the customer base.

• Conduct reviews of CRM operations using all available KPIs: response metrics (open rates, click-through rates, unsubscribe rates, etc.), conversion rates, revenue, etc.

• Oversee the design and production of promotional items for the French and international markets.


Your Profile:

•    Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent
•    At least 5 years of professional experience in marketing as an Operational Marketing Project Manager.

Skills: 
•    Fluency in English is required.
•    Strong writing skills in both French and English. 
•    Ability to work under pressure.
•    Customer- and results-oriented.
•    Ability to listen and respond to departmental needs. 
•    Commitment to deadlines. 
•    Creative flair.
