This year, Manufacture CLUIZEL invites you into the heart of its Easter Jungle, inspired by the lush landscapes of Mexico, the birthplace of cocoa. In this abundant universe, toucans, sloths, squirrels and koalas join the iconic rabbits, chickens and ducks. Available in dark or milk chocolate, these modern mouldings combine tradition and originality to delight young and old alike and offer an experience that is as beautiful as it is delicious.


TRIBUTE TO THE MOKAYA PLANTATION

Manufacture CLUIZEL pays tribute to the Mokaya Plantation in Mexico, an ancestral cocoa-growing region, with a brightly coloured tropical toucan. Entirely handcrafted from chocolates made with Noble Ingredients, it highlights the aromatic richness of this terroir. Made from 40% Mokaya milk chocolate and 75% dark chocolate, this exceptional moulding, requiring nearly 5 hours of craftsmanship, contains small praline eggs or spread. On tasting, it reveals notes of vanilla-flavoured caramel followed by subtly spiced cocoa: a gourmet and elegant creation to celebrate Easter in style.
