Here, young and old alike can immerse themselves in the world of plantations and chocolate. You can discover and learn through fun activities.

FILM SPACE

In a comfortable room, take a guided tour of the Manufacture's family business, from the cocoa bean to exceptional chocolates. Discover Our three professions: Cacaofévier®, Confiseur and Chocolatier, and the passion that has driven the Cluizel family for four generations.

DISCOVERY SPACE

Before your very eyes, professionals will be making chocolates using traditional techniques. The making of thistles, working with a piping bag, and many other technical gestures will be explained.

CHOCOLATE TASTING

An animated tasting session will be offered every hour. It will introduce you to the different stages in the transformation of the cocoa bean into exceptional chocolate. Your senses will be awakened: look, smell and, of course, taste.

MY BIG SQUARE OF
CHOCOLATE ACTIVITY

Immerse yourself in a gourmet and creative experience that will delight young and old alike. Each participant will be able to express his or her creativity by personalising a square of chocolate, while discovering the subtleties of the flavours that go with chocolate. Give your imagination free rein and create a square of chocolate that's just like you!
