To celebrate Easter, CLUIZEL has sublimated the beans from the Mangaro Plantation, with which it has had a close relationship for over two decades. The result of this collaboration is the OEufs Signature Gourmands, all made by hand. In an unrivalled interplay of textures, their pure lines give pride of place to the dried fruit. At their heart are caramelised whole almonds and hazelnuts.

The result is the OEuf Prestige and the OEufs Signature Gourmands, all handmade. In an unrivalled interplay of textures, their pure lines give pride of place to dried fruit. Their hearts are filled with whole caramelised almonds and hazelnuts.

The ultimate surprise, the shell contains a uniquely textured praline, a speciality of the Manufacture. A three-stage experience of discovery and tasting, with notes of Plantation Mangaro chocolate and caramelised dried fruit.
