To celebrate Easter, CLUIZEL has sublimated the beans from the Mangaro Plantation, with which it has had a close relationship for over two decades. The result of this collaboration is the OEufs Signature Gourmands, all made by hand. In an unrivalled interplay of textures, their pure lines give pride of place to the dried fruit. At their heart are caramelised whole almonds and hazelnuts.

Their hearts are filled with whole caramelised almonds and hazelnuts.
